Here how we make the perfect matcha!

Step 1

Scoop 1–2 tsps of matcha-mii matcha into your chawan using the chashaku. This measures the perfect amount for balanced flavor.

Step 2

Add a small amount of hot (not boiling) water to the matcha. The wide shape makes whisking easy and smooth.

Step 3

Whisk briskly in a W or M motion until the matcha is frothy and clump-free.

Step 4

Rinse your whisk and place it on the holder to maintain its shape and extend its life..

Sip slowly. Enjoy the ritual.
